How do you collect your data?
We have developed proprietary Lead Verification Technology and special algorithms that review various websites, directories and other digital and mobile resources to determine validity and quality of data. Our internal call center reaches out to those organizations that appear to have recent changes in order to valid current details. We also provide online account management for Athletic Directors, coaches, or administrators at the Organization to maintain current contact details.
What contact details are provided?
We try to provide as many contact details as possible, but in most cases we will include names, organization names, primary contact, phone, email, mailing address and our Recent Hire feature.
How often is our data updated?
We are constantly updating our data throughout the year. Our call center services all 50 states and reaches out to hundreds of organizations on a daily basis. Our Lead Verification Technology runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have an entire team dedicated to ensuring our information is kept as up-to-date as possible. While our data is not 100% accurate at all times, we do strive to collect missing and outdated information as quickly and efficiently as possible
What format will I receive the data?
Once your order is verified, you will receive instructions via email for online access to our Lead Management System where you can download leads and manage contacts. If you would like a more robust lead management system, we recently partnered with Werk Logix and their Next Generation CRM System. (Ask about our special pricing!)
What is the “Recent Hire” feature?
As we update our database, we’ll notify you when an organization hires new staff. We’ve found over the years that knowing personnel changes ahead of time can be powerful in both seeking new business, and maintaining existing portfolios.
What is the Lead Manager?
The Lead Manager is where all your lists and contacts are located within your account. The Leads Manager is a web and mobile responsive application linked directly in to our database ensuring that every time you log in to your account and the lists are updated with any changes in real time.
How long does it take to set up a new account?
Most new accounts are available within 24 hours of time of purchase.
